Help using Maths, age 3-5

Purchasing additional topics

How do I purchase the additional topics?

To purchase the additional parts tap on any of locked topics within that part. This is called an 'In-app purchase'.

A screen will appear giving you more information about the additional part. Tap the green button to purchase it.

You will be prompted to enter your Apple ID Password. Once you have entered your password the iTunes Store will process the payment using the stored payment details on your account. The then-purchased part will be downloaded onto your device. This may take up to 30 seconds depending on the speed of your Internet connection. You will know that it is downloading by the frogs jumping across the lily pads on your screen.

In the event that the topics are not unlocked automatically, delete the Maths app and re-install it. Then simply touch the '!' button on the top right-hand corner of the main menu, within the app, and select 'Restore purchased topics'. You will be prompted to sign into your iTunes account. Please make sure that you are signed in using the same Apple ID as you used when you initially purchased the app. You will not be charged a second time. All purchased topics will now be restored.
