This error message appears whenever your computer is reading corrupt data. A Cyclic Redundancy Check basically detects an error in the file that is read by the PC.

Eject the disc and check that it is free of smudges and scratches. If necessary, clean your disc using a soft cloth. If this doesn’t fix the problem, try cleaning your CD or DVD drive using a ‘lens cleaner disc’. If you continue to experience problems, please contact support@eurotalk.com.
