The program shows the following error message: ‘ART caused a General Protection Fault.’

This error message appears if you are trying to run the disc for the first time on a ‘limited’ user account as opposed to an ‘administrator’ account.

The initial setup requires the installation of some files, and this requires ‘administrator’ access privileges.

If you have an administrator password for the machine, log on as an administrator in order to install the software. If you are given the option, make sure that ‘Enable All Users’ has been selected. After this you will be able to use it from a limited user account.

If you do not have an administrator password, you will need to contact your computer/network administrator to install the software for you.
