I see the error message “Talk Now requires a screen resolution at least 1024 x 768. Please increase your screen resolution and try again.”

On Vista you may see this error message on a screen with a resolution of 1024 x 768 or above. This is because your font size is set too high for Talk Now to fit on the screen.

To fix this, go to Control Panel -> Personalise -> “Adjust font size (DPI)”, and select “Default scale (96 DPI)”.

(Advanced users: you may prefer to select “Custom DPI”, and switch on “Use Windows XP style DPI scaling”.)
