You may receive a prompt from your anti-virus software, asking you whether you wish to allow or deny the download to proceed. Click ‘Allow’ to continue the download and install the program.

The update should be installed to the same location as Talk Now was originally installed to. If you installed Talk Now to its default location, do the same with the update.

Once downloaded and installed, insert the Talk Now disc and try again.
