I have received a replacement disc that does not work on Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)

Please contact us with the following details:

  1. Did your Mac come with Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard) pre-installed, or it was upgraded from Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger)?
  2. If you installed the operating system, what settings did you use? e.g. ‘case-sensitive installation’.
  3. Whilst using the disc, what error message appears and at what stage does it occur? (e.g. during Word Practice, as soon as the program starts.)
