I am receiving a Supertalk error message when I try and use the disc.

The reason for this error message could be one of two factors:

1) The computer has existing EuroTalk files from a previous version or an older disc.
2) The files transferred have created a compatibility clash.

Please locate and delete any existing EuroTalk files from your computer located in:

<your user name>/Library/Preferences/EuroTalk

Try using the disc again after deleting this file.

  • Name of disc (e.g. Talk Now! French, World Talk Spanish)
  • What version of Windows you are currently using
