If you see a startup screen with ‘Student Records’, ‘Licence’, ‘Information’ and ‘Read Me’ on the left and ‘iPod Install’ on the right, but nothing else, you are only seeing part of the screen.

The resolution on your Mac need to be changed to 1024 x 768.

To change this setting, go to ‘System Preferences’ (in the Dock or under the Apple logo in the top left of your screen). Select ‘Displays’ and choose ‘1024 x 768’ or a higher resolution. 

Now run the program again.
