The reason for this error message could be one of two factors:

1. The initial setup requires the installation of some files, and this requires ‘administrator’ access privileges.

If you have an administrator password for the machine, log on as an administrator in order to install the software. If you are given the option, make sure that ‘Enable All Users’ has been selected. After this you will be able to use it from a limited user account.

If you do not have an administrator password, you will need to contact the administrator to install the software for you.

1. The disc may be dirty or damaged.

Please ensure the disc is clean, with no smudges and scratches, before usage. If necessary, clean it with a soft, dry cloth.
